Support

Everything you need to get the most out of ERA Fit.

Whether you're onboarding your first client or fine-tuning an integration, we want getting help to feel effortless. The guides below walk you through the two areas users ask about most — reaching our support team from inside the app, and connecting your Zoom account so you can run sessions without leaving ERA Fit.

Getting Help in the App

As a coach, you can reach our support team directly from inside ERA Fit. Every conversation stays tied to your account, so we already have the context we need to help you quickly — no need to repeat your details or paste screenshots into a separate channel.

Where to find support

From anywhere in ERA Fit, open My Account and choose App Support & Report a Bug. From there you can send us a message, describe what's happening, and attach screenshots or a short screen recording if the issue is easier to show than to explain.

Response times

Our team monitors support requests Monday through Friday and typically responds within a few business hours. Urgent account or billing issues are prioritized — flag the request as urgent when you send it.

Tips for faster help

  • Include the client name or section of the app where the issue happened.
  • Add a short screen recording if the issue is interactive (e.g. a button not responding).
  • Mention the device and browser you're using — most issues are easier to reproduce with that context.

Integrating Your Zoom Account

Connecting Zoom to ERA Fit lets you create meeting links for client sessions, consultations and group calls without copying URLs between apps. Once linked, every event you schedule inside ERA Fit can include a Zoom link automatically — your clients receive it in their booking confirmation and reminder emails.

Before you start

You'll need an active Zoom account (free or paid) and admin access to authorize third-party apps. If your Zoom account is managed by an organization, you may need your Zoom admin to pre-approve the ERA Fit app before the connection will work.

Connecting Zoom

  1. In ERA Fit, open My Account and choose Integrations.
  2. Select Zoom and tap Connect.
  3. You'll be redirected to Zoom to sign in and review the permissions ERA Fit is requesting (creating meetings on your behalf). Confirm to authorize.
  4. You'll be sent back to ERA Fit with a confirmation that your Zoom account is linked.

Using Zoom in your sessions

Once Zoom is connected, ERA Fit takes care of the rest. Any session you schedule on your calendar — bookings, consultations, group calls — automatically gets a Zoom meeting link created in your Zoom account and attached to the event. The link is included in your clients' booking confirmation and reminder emails, so they can join with one tap when it's time.

Disconnecting Zoom

You can disconnect Zoom at any time from My Account → Integrations → Zoom. Existing Zoom links on already-scheduled sessions will continue to work — disconnecting only stops new links from being created.

Troubleshooting

  • "App not approved" error: your Zoom organization requires admin approval. Forward the request to your Zoom admin or contact us and we'll help you walk through it.
  • Links not appearing in confirmations: confirm that your Zoom account is still connected under My Account → Integrations → Zoom. If the connection has expired (Zoom may revoke tokens after long periods of inactivity), reconnect it and future sessions will start generating links again.
  • Wrong account connected: disconnect Zoom from My Account → Integrations → Zoom, then connect again while signed into the correct Zoom account.
